You may NOT:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or upload editable versions (e.g., Word or PowerPoint files) to any public or private platform.
• Transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content in any form.
• Claim authorship of CheMentor products or remove copyrights and branding.

CheMentor reserves the right to take legal action in cases of copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

3. Product Description and Usage

Our resources are curated with high precision to assist Chemistry teachers in:

Each product includes:

• Editable formats (Word/PPT), unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.

• Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant platform.
• Currency: All purchases are billed in INR.
• Taxation: Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change, increase, or reduce pricing at our discretion.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
• Downloadable links are displayed on the payment confirmation page and/or emailed to the buyer.
• If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us at help@chementor.in or via WhatsApp.

Note: We do not offer physical shipping—all products are digital downloads only.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is standard practice in digital e-commerce.

Exceptions may be made if:

• You are charged twice for the same order.
• A major technical issue prevents file access and is verified on our end.

If you experience an issue, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Refund requests after this window will not be accepted.
